Overview

Owner Gary Schmidt schedules and oversees all projects on a daily basis personally to ensure a clean and safe construction site that is progressing as planned. Timely project completion with minimal disruption to your daily life is a top priority when remodeling. Scheduling is the key to a smooth project, ensuring a constant flow and order to every step of the process utilizing every work day through completion.

Prior to the start of the project a timeline will be given to you, the customer, noting which tradesman will be conducting their particular work on a day to day basis. This schedule will be updated on a weekly basis so you can expect to see progress towards completion each day of the work week.

Additions

The priority for an addition is designing it in a way that is functional based on your need and that the final appearance is cohesive with the remainder of the home. The goal is to have it appear as if it has been a part of the home from the day that it was originally built. Adding on to your home is a great way to gain that added space you have always wanted without having to move. It is also a way to add additional value to your home. Maybe it is a Sunroom off of the back of your kitchen to expand that cramped dinette space and bring in more natural light. A first floor study to give you that needed privacy now that you’re working from home. Or a bathroom to accommodate a parent now living with you that needs their own space and privacy.
